Developer with 14+ years building web applications. Now an AI Technology Lead at Visma, coaching engineering teams on AI-assisted and agentic development — not LLMs as a novelty, but as leverage on top of existing expertise. Using tools like Claude Code to handle complex migrations, reduce repetitive work, and move faster on things I already know how to do well.

Built products from scratch in health tech, ERP, shipping — typically working close to founders and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Worked across stacks: .NET → Clojure → modern TypeScript.
